How long does it take to receive my order?
We try to ship all orders within two business days. Orders of 100 or more certificates are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All other orders are shipped via USPS first class mail.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping and handling, no matter how large or how small the order is. We only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally, nor are our certificates to be used by customers that live outside of the USA.
Can my order be delivered electronically?
No. All of our certificates are actual, physical certificates that we mail to you, with the exception of the passcodes for the $500 gift certificates.
How does the hotel certificate offer work?
Your customer mails in their certificate (or redeems online at the website listed on the back of the certificate), and pays the $15 processing fee per city requested. They will receive back a reservation request form for the requested city. This form will be date stamped with the date it was issued. The customer needs to be sure to read the reservation form carefully, and completely, and follow all instructions. They will have 20 days from the issue date to return that form back to the travel provider, along with their requested travel dates and their room taxes (currently $29.95 for the 2-night stay, but subject to change). The customer is required to select two travel dates, the first of which is at least 60 days from the time that the travel provider receives the reservation request form, and the second requested date which is at least 45 days beyond the first date. If they don't know their travel dates when they receive their reservation request form, they should still submit it along with the room taxes to the travel provider within 20 days of the stamped issue date, and they can submit their requested travel dates to the travel provider once they have them. They must use their hotel stay within one year from the stamped issue date. Check-in days with this offer are Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Weekends may be availalble for a surcharge. Blackout dates are 7 days before and 7 days after holidays, as well as conventions, local major events, and peak tourist seasons. If the customer follows all of the terms on the reservation request form, they should receive a preconfirmation letter from the travel provider within 10 to 15 days. The customer should make a photocopy of the completed reservation request form that they send to the travel provider so that they have the travel provider's contact information in case they need to follow up with them, or have any additional questions. The offer is for two adults, ages 21 or older. If they would like to add additional adults/children, they allow they customer to do that for $25 per night per additional adult/child (regardless of age). Maximum number of people allowed per room is 4.
Which hotels will I be staying in?
The hotels you will be staying in are constantly changing and depend on the date, destination, and availability. Hotels used are rated AAA or better (two star to three star hotels). You select the travel dates and our travel provider will select the hotel that has occupancy during those dates. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your accommodations or your registration fee will be refunded. The customer selects the city, and requested travel dates, and the travel provider selects the hotel from their list of contracted hotels. Much like hotwire.com and priceline.com, the customer will find out the name of the hotel they will be staying in once their reservation is confirmed.
How much are room taxes?
Room taxes are currently $15 per night (subject to change).
How many people is this trip for?
These hotel certificates are for 2 people ages 21 or older.
Do you ship to Canada?
No, this offer is only available in the United States, and we don't ship to any other country.
When do these certificates expire?
The certificates that we sell on this website do not have an expiration date. Once a customer redeems the certificate with their $15 processing fee, they will have one year to use their hotel stay, subject to the terms and conditions.
Do these certificates include airfare?
No. Transportation, meals, and room taxes are not included. You are NOT required to purchase airfare from us or any specific agency.
How can this be offered so cheap?
We simply introduce you to hotels for just the cost of the room tax on their first visit. If you enjoy your visit, it is most likely that you will return. There are absolutely NO timeshare or sales presentations required.
Is your distributor program a multi-level program?
No, it is not multi-level. We do not pay you for signing up other distributors.
