When will I get paid? Checks are processed every other Friday and mailed the following week. The following shows the dates checks will be processed for the next two months:

How do Shoppers get paid at BestMark? Can I request Direct Deposit or Paypal? At BestMark, we pay by checks that are processed every other Friday and mailed the following week. Direct Deposit or PayPal are not options at this time.
When can I expect payment for my shops? At BestMark, we process checks every other Friday for all shops that are completely through our edit process and for which all required receipts or other documentation have been uploaded and validated.
Where can I track my shop / payment history? On your shopper site, accessWork / Payment History.
On my shopper site, it indicates that the check was processed on a date that is in the future. What does that mean? The date the check shows as processed builds in an additional 7 days to accommodate the mailing process.
I have an expired check in my possession. What do I do to get this reprocessed? You will need to write VOID on the face of the check and return it to: BestMark ATTN: Payment Inquiries 5500 Feltl Road Minnetonka, MN 55343
Upon receiving the receipt, we will issue a replacement check with a $3.00 deduction for reprocessing.
How do I know which shops are included in each check? The dispatch numbers of the shops included in the check are listed on the top flap of the check.
I received my check but it has been lost or stolen. What do I do? You can either opt to pay a $25.00 stop payment fee or wait until the check has expired after 60 days from issue date and request a replacement. You will incur a reprocessing fee of $3.00.
I performed a shop 5 months ago and do not see it listed in my shop history. What happened to it? The shop history page only displays records within the last 60 days. If you have a question regarding a shop performed more than 60 days ago, submit a specific inquiry to Payment Inquiries.

How do I get a 1099 tax form reporting my income? We process 1099s for all shoppers who earned in excess of $600 in shop payments (excluding reimbursements) during the current calendar year. 1099's are mailed by the end of January of the following calendar year.

How do I know my survey was submitted? The best way to ensure your survey is submitted is to return to the "Manage My Shops" section. If the survey is still listed there, it means the survey did not go through. Once your survey is submitted, it should disappear from your list of current shops. It will be moved to your "Shop History" which you can locate on the main menu.
I need to upload my receipt, but I've already submitted my survey. You can still upload the receipt from the shopper main menu. Click on the link that says "Upload Receipts"
I'm looking for open assignments, but the assignment I am interested in doesn't have any available dates. Please contact your scheduler and they can tell you the new dates available for the assignment.
How do I find the instructions for my assignment? 1. Click on "My Shops" 2. Click on the 7 digit number under "View Shop Details" 3. Read and sign off on all steps on the left hand side (Before Your Shop)
How do I fill out the survey for my assignment? 1. Click on "My Shops" 2. Click on the 7 digit number under "View Shop Details" 3. On the right hand side click on the green link that says "Fill out Survey"

How do I know when my survey or confirmation is due? This can be found in a couple different places. When you initially open up the shop instructions page, you will note it will says the due date directly in the upper left had corner of the page and also below in the Shop Information Section.

How can I make sure my documentation was uploaded? After you have uploaded your documention, it will indicate that it is "Uploaded Pending Approval" under the Receipt/Documentation section.
You can also see if your receipt was accepted in this section as it will indicate the documentation is "Verified" If it still says "Requires Action", your upload was not successful
I don't understand my instructions. Please contact your Scheduler for clarification.
Why can't I find any assignments in my area? You may not be eligible for shops right now. BestMark will only show you assignments you are eligible to complete.
For example, If there is an automotive assignment in your area, and it specifically requires you to have Chevy, you would need to have a Chevy vehicle listed in your profile to be able to see the assignment in the "Find Shops" section. This holds true across the board. Here is another example. If you recently completed a restaurant assignment at a specific location and the client only wants the shopper to go back every 3 months, you wont be able to see assignments at that specific location until you are eligible to go again.
Also you may not be able to see assignments because of the mileage requirements you have specified. Try expanding the mileage a bit to see if shops pull up, or contact your scheduler to find out if there are any shops you qualify for.
My certification test is asking me for a code number? This is an automated code that populates every 40 minutes or so. If you have just signed up for the job, it may take some time for the system to update and populate that code for you. Try back in a little bit.
